It has been quite a while since the last time I seriously sat down and decided to actually work on one of my books-in-progress. Everything from business life to dying car batteries has intercepted any unplanned time I’ve possibly had for book drafting. And unfortunately for me, my creative juices never stopped flowing, my 9-5 never vaporized into thin air, and the ghostwriting projects are still making their way into my inboxes. Now don’t think for a moment I am complaining about staying busy—because I’m not, but I have to admit I’m a wee bit overwhelmed. After all, I have stockpile of manuscripts to pen and no extra hours to spare.
Regardless, I am back in “Creation Mode”—and I must say I’m proud of the progress I’ve made in the last week. Not only did I sacrifice the time to organize my laptop, but I also prioritized time to blog, schedule posts, re-arrange my Pinterest boards, stock up on future pins, work on a 2016 book release, design an ugly Christmas sweater with the help of Frank, attend two Ugly Christmas Sweater parties (post coming soon), make it to Our nationality class, clean our house, and run a superabundance of errands—all without losing my marbles.
