Tañyi! (Tahnn-yee) or  Tä’i (T’eye-ee) — Autumn or Fall time

For my Northern Hemisphere Kings and Queens welcome to Tä’i! Know that as the leaves begin to change and many commence to fall you too should be changing—and away from you should be falling many of your old unprogressive ways and processes.

Take a lesson from the day and night which are now nearly equal in their lengths and use Tañyi as a time for finding your own u-ti-yv-hi² [balance] and biwaha [peace].

Understand first and then overstand that Autumn exemplifies the progression of life. While the Weha Ehimpe or Spring brings new life, new births, and resurrections of all sorts, Tä’i shows us our daily processes, and ultimately our earthly existences are not permanent…and were never meant to be so. Thus, do not be afraid to transition into a new version of self. Don’t be afraid to discard something old or useless and partake in something new and uplifting.

Embrace the fiery foliage and be radiant this season. Recount your many blessings, joys, and all the good tidings you have been gifted by your Provider up until this point in 2016.

Tanyi.jpgNothing Gold Can Stay

Robert Frost, 1874 – 1963 Nature’s first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf’s a flower; But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay.
