Love Coaching: Anchored - How to live your best life?

Welcome to Your Darkness

I have spent a lot of time in darkness searching for that which I know is necessary. In it, I found all that I needed and the keys to so much more.

I am on a journey. You are on a journey. We are all on a journey—both, uniquely and collectively. When the going gets tough and the way becomes unclear there are things that you will always need and one thing that is always so good to have. You need the proper navigational toolbox and a basic users manual—and you will be elated to have some good company along the way who desires that you find your way out of your darkness beaming brighter than before you ascended into your abyss.

2019 ABUNDANCE

How much time and energy and precious breaths are you going exhaust trying to maintain the separation of your array of colliding parts?

There is a temple to be rebuilt. You are the first and last architect. First, you must tear down all of your walls. You must expose the various cracks in your sinking foundation to the eye of the sun. Allow your leaks to be drained dry by the pull of the moon. Patch all that leaves you feeling crumbly with mortar conjured from the blood of your tears—only then can you begin to rebuild. Only then can light shine through and out of the transparency of your opaque prism.

♥ All is Abundance ♥

It has taken me a lifetime up until a point not long ago to realize that all of me is necessary. Nothing is ill-gifted or misplaced—simply mismanaged more often than not. My heart goes out to the beautiful soul whose heart desires nothing more than to sing but chooses to succumb to everything other than his or her own voice. This beautiful soul also loves writing, to paint and to maybe someday become a dancer and public speaker. Yet, today’s society will insist that you can only do one thing with all the many gifts bestowed upon you.

Well to that beautiful soul I say, off with the reigns which say to you—you can only be what sits well with the narrow minds and blinded eyes of those who seek to drown your light in their self-conjured woes and personal fears. I say, do you my dearest andestagōnwa—my dearest love. You, like they, were birthed from an ocean of abundance. So be it that you choose to utilize and manifest with all of your inheritance, and they seek not to follow in your footstep or simply tread their own.

Like begets like—this is a lesson I have relearned, a universal law that neither you nor I can alter. Take the latter into full consideration. Give from your storehouse of abundance—your inheritance, your gifts, your experiences, talents, and skills. You are bound by law to receive an abundance like nothing you have ever seen, but everything you have ever desired.

Yours in Love Truly Always & Forever

P.S. Spring has sprung. Welcome to the beginning of the New Year! I am dancing to each beat of your measures. Know, I pray you nothing less than all of your cups running over with love and prosperity. ∞♫∞

Weight Loss Journey: How to Lose Weight Fast in 2019

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST IN 2019

Disclaimer: Medical issues that prohibit or inhibit weight loss are partially excluded from this conversation; however, in my experience most medical issues have not stopped many people from shedding their undesired pounds. On the contrary, many medical conditions vanish after people begin to leave no man’s baggage at baggage claim. For many of us, we use medical conditions as crutches to make “failing” to achieve the desired result more palatable as we lick our self-inflicted wounds of disappointment.

Change how you see, not the way you look.

 Weight Loss Fictions

I am not one who believes you have to diet to lose weight. I do not feel as though you have to consume every next great weight loss supplement, go on an extreme no-carb, low-fat, or a throw-away-your-wild-side healthy diet. Call me a rebel for the cause of living your best life, but I know from my own experience that the quickest way to lose weight fast is to stop trying to lose weight. Some might scoff at such a thought. Yet, I can only tell you what worked for me and some of my dearest friends—yes, I have receipts.

I literally shed over 80 pounds not working out or changing anything other than my mind and my heart. I woke up the day before my wedding, traveled home to Sapponi country excited to try on the gown my mother designed for the first time and was surprised to find out it was a size too big. Walking up the aisle the next day I was a whole new woman, with a brand new body, and I did not have to lose myself or the things that made me happy to experience both. WE MANIFESTED…

I did not fear the spirits—restless souls, entities and hellhounds—that roamed about our childhood home in my youth, or those that followed me into love. Yet, I feared the makings of my own restless spirit, my demons, my tribe’s maternal traumas, and many attachments—spiritual ones, mental ones, and physical ones. Those fears lead me to fear my greatest joy, one I had only spent countless moons and seasons wishing, praying and meditating upon—a chance at motherhood, a chance at carrying love in my womb and baring a child to crown—a chance many said I could and would never have. I feared my consort having to settle for a life with only me—as if that was not the first and only life he had set out to live when we first sat by those October train tracks sipping on Jamaican Me Happy. I had to give up my fears, my worries, my self-doubts, my addictions—all of my inhibitions. We had to throw away our futile man-made cares, let our freedom hang out, and look back to our stars, our planets, our moons, and our many aspects—those that had first charted our way—and fall back into us.

WE FOUND LOVE AT ROSEMONT

Stay positive and happy. Work hard and don’t give up hope. Be open to criticism and keep learning. Surround yourself with happy, warm and genuine people.

Yeah, so I’m pretty sure we took the titles Lord and Lady of the Manor to a whole other level for our anniversary/my birthday getaway, but could there have been a greater display of wealth and splendor?¿—and no—I do not mean the opulent staircase, Grand Portico, or majestic grounds of the Historic Rosemont Manor. No, while all of the latter is surely breathtaking, I am speaking of the hearts that move about the manor, center stage and behind the scenes—those who host the elegant tea parties, tend to the stately grounds, prepare and serve the delectable breakfast dishes, maintain the cleanliness of such an immaculate estate—and even those with fur and glowing eyes that scare the heebie-jeebies out of you in the midnight hours as you travel through the gate after a charming dinner in Old Town Winchester. Yes, I am speaking of the hearts we embraced which beat like Sioux feet, and embraced us back with love and that “oh my goodness, Sister Sue is the plug” for homemade jam! Yes, my loves, four months and some change later Frank and I are in still in love with Rosemont. Continue reading “WE FOUND LOVE AT ROSEMONT”
