Job Description

  • Read site content and pages and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar
  • Suggest changes to enhance articles’ readability and conciseness.
  • Verify that names, places, and organizations are spelled properly and that facts, dates, and statistics are accurate
  • Update broken links
  • Delete empty posts and untransferred reblogs
  • Assist with publishing of social media content including Facebook, but not limited to
  • Proof digital publication
  • Aid in scientific research and study


  • A proven track record of being detail-oriented
  • Experience managing several projects at once
  • Possess the ability to work independently and to search for the answers needed
  • Willingness to ask questions and gain clarity
  • Unquenchable thirst for knowledge
  • An energetic and spiritually tuned work-in-progress

Required Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, creative writing or publication— requirement can be supplemented with relevant trade work, professional, volunteer and/or proven personal experience.
  • Must have working knowledge of English grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation
